Good mask, delivery was okay

I bought an AirFit N20 Nasal Mask last month. The mask itself is really comfortable and seems well-made, definitely an upgrade from my old one. Shipping took about a week to get to me in California, which felt a little slow for an online order. I also had a small question about sizing, and customer service took a couple of days to get back to me. Overall, it's a solid product, but the delivery and response time could be a bit quicker.

So, what's the deal with the AirSense 10 vs 11? Is the 11 really that much better, or is it mostly just a facelift?

The 11 has some newer tech and a more modern look, plus it has integrated health coaching features. But the 10 is still a solid machine, honestly. Depends on if those extra features are worth the price difference to you.

I upgraded to the 11 from the 10. The biggest difference for me is the interface, it's way more user-friendly. Performance-wise, both are great, but the 11 is quieter I think.
